are you looking to get the tier equipment from frost badges? It's mostly best in slot stuff as well as providing the 2 part bonus which is a nice boost for ret paladins, also the libram and trinket from frost badges are useful, best get grinding the dailies for them
Oh hell yes i am doing them everyday, also the weeklies

i really need that tier set bonus tho and the libram+trinket would be nice aswell, im doing my best!
regarding talents, I would have probably maxed pursuit of justice instead of divine intellect, although 4 points in divine intellect is fine if you find yourself having a lot of mana problems.
Not so many mana problems now, only when there is no time to drink after a fight it comes handy.
for glyphs, crusader strike is already fairly cheap to cast compared to other spells, I don't really think the glyph for it is that useful, either exorcism if you have enough expertise, or vengeance if you are not close to the cap.
I'd rather go for expertise then

Some last info wanted:
what is the hit cap for a ret paladin, what should this also be if we always have a draenei present in the melee group?
8% without a draenei, 7% with, Heroic Presence gives 1% extra.
what expertise cap should you be looking for and how important is this?
214 Expertise rating is the expertise cap of 6.5% for a raid boss, so it's very good. But i never missed (or blocked, parried, dodged) on bosses, might come because i'm pretty much overcapped. It's still important.
and finally, what spell prioritisation and seal should you be using for:
single target (boss on its own) Single target: Divine Storm->Crusader Strike->Consecration->Exorcism->Judgement of Vengeance+Wisdom (And pop some Cooldowns)
multiple targets (large group of trash) Multiple Targets: Seal of Command. Divine Storm->Consecration->Crusader Strike->Exorcism->Judgement of Command+Wisdom
single target with restricted aoe (boss with adds where you do not want to agro the adds)
this info would be handy in the format of consecration->exorcism->crusader strike->divine storm->judgement with seal of justice but with the order/seal changed for each
