What We Need And How To Apply
« on: February 18, 2013, 07:25:31 am »
Welcome to Unity Path!

Unity Path was the oldest raid force on Earthen Ring, formed in the summer of 2005 and were consistently the premier group on the realm from 2007 until we ceased competitive raiding at the end on Cataclysm in 2012. During Mists of Pandaria we decided to start a casual group raiding twice a week.

Aims

Our aim is to clear Heroic content while it's current, in an efficient and disciplined fashion.

Current Progression

Tier 19 7/7H 3/3H 10/10H

Recruitment

1x Ranged DPS (Preferably not Warlock)

What You Need To Know
  • We raid 2 nights a week between 20.00 and 23.00 ST (We may go over but never by more than 30 mins), We usually raid on  Thursday and Sunday with Wednesday being backup should one of those night not be viable, Rarely we may choose another night but it will never be Friday or Saturday.
  • We use Discord for voice communication, you should preferably have a working microphone.
  • The raids are fairly relaxed but due to time constraints we run a pretty tight ship.
  • Previous raid experience is essential, you must be able to learn and adapt quickly.
  • You must be able to take some criticism, If you die you will be expected to know what you did wrong.
  • Joining the guild is not mandatory but is encouraged.
  • You are expected to provied your own consummables.

What You Get

A team of some of the most experienced raiders on ER, dedicated to killing as many bosses as possible in the short time available and having some fun along the way.

How To Apply

Sub is crap, and those saying it should do more damage as it's complex, please explain Combat's cleave/AoE damage, clicking 1 button is hard.
