2 Tanks, 2 or 3 healers.
Minimise Pride you gain during the fight.
Watch your pride when he casts Swelling Pride which he will do 4 or 5 times during the fight, depending on pride level he will do a different mechanic.
Under 25 you get nothing.
25 to 50 move from the void zone.
50 to 75 he will spawn a projection, stand in the zone until it explodes.
Over 75 you do AoE raid damage, stay away from each other.
100 pride you get MC'd for the rest of the fight.
-Move from spawn point of adds, you gain 5 pride if this hits you. These adds need to be gathered and AoE'd down.
-Imprison, 2 raid members placed on the 2 platforms, to free them 2 raid members need to stand in the orange sections. This needs to be done very quickly as the people trapped gain Pride very quickly.
-Manifestation of Pride needs to be killed as priority and interrupted as much as possible.
-Players with Titans buff should stack together, gives 25% buffs for 15s when you do.
-Tanks swap on Wounded Pride.
-Healers need to watch pride and cycle dispels as you gain 5 pride each time you dispel Mark of Arrogance.
At 30% Pride reduced to 0 and need to nuke the boss.

I think if we're going to follow what we did on Flex, we'll want to bias the DPS towards the 'back' group (was the green marker) with the 2 ranged and a rogue so the add can be dealt with quickly.
Deathgrip might make it a bit irrelavant though...

I did this on my warrior on Sunday with Starfall, who dispelled as much as possible in the final burn phase (whereas we seem to not / do only a few?), which resulted in the raid being way more stable despite taking longer to kill the boss than we do.
I think you only get one swelling pride in the burn phase (well unless Chal is trying to solo the boss again) so as long as you are under 50 for that the healers might as well dispell away.

Achievement: Defeat the Sha of Pride in Siege of Orgrimmar on Flexible, Normal, or Heroic difficulty after no player has gained Pride from Manifestations of Pride while Norushen is alive.
Didn't really understand this one but all we have to do is have the people with the buff run to the add that spawns on purple and kill it asap, making sure it gets no casts off, ranged can also help to kill it.
