17min 48sec shows what you need to know for the Banishment phase. The route he explains is the best route in my opinion, if you get ported into the Banishment realm. Think it's only for DPS and Healers.
This video explains the spread tactic. If you look at the comments on Youtube he explains how little you actually lose by NOT stacking up and losing out on the Gift of the Titans debuff. The reason for spreading is to make it easier to pick up "Rifts" which is one of the key parts of this fight.

When this aura is up it means that you cannot soak a rift. There's a timer on it, so when it's about to run out you can get ready to step on another rift.

I think I prefer the Fatboss video for the maze - it includes a path that works even if you are very slow to be taken on.

You can go a lot longer than I showed tonight. Just didnt wanna go through it all cus we didn't have much time. This guy from VOX explains all the good and bad routes.
Will be even faster than tonight once people get used to killing the add. Can't remember the Fatboss one though. But yeah, this boss is dead on friday anyways. 8% after 20 min :D
